These services are only available for properties that have been listed for sale. This service is for real estate transaction purposes ONLY. If you are buying, an assessment can help give you peace of mind. If you are selling, you may need to conduct this at the request of the buying party's agent or lender.
Upon completion of the questionnaire connected to the quote request, then an inspection/evaluation may begin. If an inspection cannot be conduct for some reason, then an evaluation will take place instead. An evaluation will be exempt from a hydraulic test.
Components Check
We will verify if the system and its components are compliant to state standards.
Hydraulic Test
If applicable, we will conduct a hydraulic stress test on the system. This will be determined based upon the information gathered from the quote request form.
If the subject property is located on a private water supply, then a water sample must be collected and verified before the inspection/evaluation may be completed.
If the subject property meets the criteria, then a fluorescent dye test may be used to determine the integrity of the system.
